How it works

    Initial confidential call with the family, planner, or family-office contact. Scope discussion: guest count, venue, threat profile (high-net-worth, celebrity, dignitary, or standard), preferred officer visibility, any specific concerns (estranged family, ex-partners, paparazzi).

    Venue Walk + Detail Plan

    Detail lead walks the venue with the planner — ingress/egress, vendor entrance, gift table location, bridal staging, parking flow, security blind spots. Result: a written detail plan with officer positions, timing, and coordination protocols.

    Vendor Coordination

    Pre-event coordination with venue security, caterer, valet, photography team, and any other engaged vendors. Vendor staff list cross-checked; credential-verification process established for arrival day.

    Event Day Coverage

    Officers arrive 1–2 hours before guests for pre-event setup verification. Detail lead in radio contact with the planner throughout. Officers maintain assigned zones — vendor entrance, gift table, perimeter, family escort, parking — without disrupting the event flow.

    Post-Event Wrap

    Officers remain through the final guest departure, covering gift transport to the family vehicle or secure storage. Detail lead provides a post-event report covering any incidents, anomalies, or recommendations for future events.

Are your wedding officers armed?

Most are unarmed. Weddings are hospitality-first events and armed presence can alarm guests. Armed officers are deployed when the wedding involves credible threats, high-net-worth principals with EP coverage, or sitting public officials. Detail lead is always discreetly armed for high-profile weddings as a matter of protocol.

Can you coordinate with our wedding planner and venue?

Yes — coordination is standard. Detail lead is in regular contact with the planner from booking through event day. We work as one team with the planner, venue security, caterer, photographer, and valet — not as a separate security wall.

Do you handle high-profile or celebrity weddings?
