    Detail lead walks the venue with the host or planner — entrance flow, gift table location, vendor access, parking layout. Result: a brief written plan with officer positions and timing.

    Pre-event coordination with caterer, florist, photographer, planner. Vendor staff list cross-checked; credential-verification process established.

    Event Day Coverage
